Actress Dakota Johnson and her new beau, Tucker Pillsbury (aka Role Model), were spotted canoodling in Los Feliz on Friday and grabbing coffee together on Sunday. The budding romance between the Fifty Shades star and the singer, who was previously linked to Emma Chamberlain, has won over fans.

Johnson's mom approves

In a video shared by DeuxMoi, Dakota's mom Melanie Griffith enthusiastically dubbed Pillsbury 'fabulous', giving a rare mom seal of approval. If your own mom isn't cool with your partner, well, they're probably not 'the one'.

The couple was first seen together in LA back in December, but this weekend marked some rare PDA. Let's hope this is just the beginning of their amore-filled escapades - and maybe they'll even join the author for a coffee date soon.
