Poiblanc takes the reins at historically cool french brand
With this shift, A.P.C. is poised to enter a new chapter, building upon its heritage of timeless, effortlessly cool clothing and accessories. Poiblanc's debut collection is set to debut in Milan on May 20 and in Paris on June 15. She replaces Judith Touitou, who had been artistic director for nearly three decades.
The creative director change comes about three years after the Touitous sold a majority stake in the company to private equity firm L Catterton, backed by LVMH. A.P.C.'s annual revenue remains steady at around €100 million, the company says.
