Peaky blinders' spin-off series gets greenlight for two seasons on netflix

Just days after the release of Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man on Netflix, the series showrunner, Steven Knight, has already shared more good news for fans of Tommy Shelby. A two-season spin-off series is on the way, each comprising six episodes.

According to an interview with Variety, Knight confirmed that Barry Keoghan's character, Duke, will return, but hinted at potential recasting given the decade-plus time jump. The spin-off is set in the 1950s, picking up after the events of The Immortal Man.

Knight described the setting as post-WWII Birmingham,
